From the dim dawn of history men are curious to know every door step of Nature. As such after achieving a goal in University level with the primitive hunger of knowledge to know more and more about the human beings, once a boy of seventeen routed on the earth to quench his thirst. Having blessed by the creator of Nature he was moving from one corner to another to collect the gems of knowledge he desired most. All of a sudden, a common sense of light reflects on the eternal path where Almighty God calls the fortunate boy of seventeen who now approaches at the age of seventy one to dedicate himself for the service of men on this earth. "To serve man is to serve God." The great noble personalities like Jesus Christ, Sri Sri Ramakrishna Param Hansha Deva, Swami Vivekananda, Sri Sri Maa Saradamoyee, Sister Nivedita, Mother Teresa who dedicated their lives for the development of the Human Societies as well as for earning ever green peace of mind and soul.

Being inspired by those noble souls, Lalmohan Das, a purely country boy of seventeen who then engaged himself for the service of the nation "NOT IN WORD BUT IN ACTION" although he is now at the age of 71 years. Also he himself engaged as a govt. approved school teacher for the Secondary level students. Getting a short leave he moved from one corner to another for establishing a PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST in the rural areas for the service of the Mankind. In the year 1999 he got rid of bondage of service from school and started his venture to achieve the goal. During his stay at Kolkata, he once met Bawa J. S. Amoal of New Delhi, who had a vast experience about social work and social schemes for the benefit of Human Societies. According to the advice of Bawa J. S. Amoal, project profile along with other documents were prepared for immediate finance to set up a social welfare scheme on Medical Health Care.

Mr. Lalmohan Das along with some social service minded people of South Sunderban area once registered with Notary Public to constitute a Trust Body in the year 1999 as well as in the year 2007 named as "RABINDRANATH TAGORE MEDICAL COLLEGE HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTRE" at Vill & P.O. Kumrapara, P.S. Raidighi, Pin 743383, West Bengal, India and in the year 2010 the same Trust Body was registered with the ADDITIONAL REGISTERER OF ASSURANCE-III KOLKATA, GOVT. OF WB .
